We will be covering different topics in this book. To name a few: How to organize your space and your mind so that the burden of work is not the leading cause of stress, resources available to you as a student such as tutoring or help finding where things are on campus, and finding your own work space at school to be able to complete work in an honest and thoughtful manner. 

Let me remind you, the reader and the new Nor’easter, that college is a new experience. Things will not be easy at first. Once you become acclimated to the environment of UNE, a lot of factors that you may have been worried about will slowly fade away, most likely without you even noticing. To reiterate, this book will be the perfect, most honest, and most helpful way for you to work your way through the first year nerves that you will inevitably have. It is important to remember that you are the one attending this school, no one else. For this reason, it is vital to put your best effort into the completion of your work, to fulfill the steps that it is going to take to reach your goals, and ultimately working on becoming the best version of yourself.
