Helpful Resources on Campus

Resident Advisors & Area Coordinators

Although almost always overlooked, your Resident Advisors and your Area Coordinator are very helpful resources on campus. The RAs and the AC are here to assist you with comfort at school, which not everyone is able to find. They host events where you can meet your floor neighbors, they are great to talk to about most things, and they understand your difficulties as an incoming student. You most likely have one in your hall and an Area Coordinator nearby for any issues you may have, any problems you might want to discuss, or any disputes with roommates, etcetera.

To contact your Resident Advisor or your closest Area Coordinator you can:

  • Walk to their room from yours
  • Send them an email at their posted UNE address to schedule a meeting
  • Call them from the phone in each landline in the hallway (they will have an extension)
  • Simply bump into them around campus and talk to them

SASC
